ECAC Softball Major Awards & All-ECAC Selections

DANBURY, Conn. - The Eastern College Athletic Conference has announced the 2018 Softball All-ECAC Teams. Full releases may be found for each sport at the links below.

Divsion I Softball All-ECAC
Krystal Puga of St. John’s University was voted ECAC Player of the Year, and Julia DiMartino of Liberty University was named Pitcher of the Year. Boston University freshman Ali DuBois collected the ECAC Rookie of the Year honor, with her Head Coach Ashley Waters rounding out the major accolades with the Coach of the Year award.




Divsion II Softball All-ECAC
Brenna Martini of Adelphi University was named the ECAC Player of the Year, while West Chester University senior Amanda Houck collected the award for Pitcher of the Year. Kaity Stocker from Gannon University received the ECAC Rookie of the Year award, while her head coach Tom Jakubowski was voted the Coach of the Year to complete the major awards.




Divsion III Softball All-ECAC
Vada Blue Sherrill of Pfeiffer University collected ECAC Player of the Year, and Jazmyn Rohrer from Westminster College was voted the Pitcher of the Year. Infielder Rachel Johnson of Washington & Jefferson College earned Rookie of the Year, while Pfeiffer’s Head Coach Monte Sherrill was named ECAC Coach of the Year to complete the major awards.
