Division I

Track Athlete of the Week

Nicole McMullen - Saint Joseph's University
Sophomore, Lawrence, N.J.

McCullen won a pair of individual events and one relay at the Lafayette Invitational.  She won the 400-yard dash in a time of 1:00.15 and the long jump (18-1 ¼), and was part of the 4x400-yard relay that took first with a time of 4:06.87.  She also placed fourth in the 60-yard dash (7.41).

Field Athlete of the Week

Jaime Recore - University of Vermont
Senior, Conway, Mass.

Recore finished first in the weight throw at the Montreal Open, with a toss of 14.39 meters.

Division II

Co-Track Athletes of the Week

Symone Wong - Southern Connecticut State University
Sophomore, Laurelton, N.Y.

Wong took first place in the 60-meter dash at the Yale Season Opener.  Her time of 7.75 seconds was good for an NCAA provisional qualifying mark.

Melissa Nash - Bentley College
Junior, Marshfield, Mass.

Nash won the 5000-meter event in a time of 18:11.61 at the Harvard Open.  She was the only Division II women to win an event.

Co-Field Athletes of the Week

Jacqui Barrett - University of Massachusetts-Lowell
Sophomore, Woburn, Mass.

Barrett captured the shot put event at the Harvard Open, with a throw of 41'1''.

Katherine Reynolds - Southern Connecticut State University
Senior, Hamden, Conn.

Reynolds won the weight throw event at the Yale Season Opener with a throw of 16.16 meters.  The throw also reached the NCAA provisional qualifying mark.

Division III

Track Athlete of the Week

Christiana Taylor - Cabrini College
Sophomore, Ardmore, Pa.

Taylor earned a pair of first place finishes at the Ursinus Winter Invitational.  She won the 400-meter event in an NCAA qualifying time of 58.38, and qualified for the ECAC Championships in the 200-meter event with a time 26.03 seconds.

Field Athlete of the Week

Alyssa Pirinelli - St. Lawrence University
Sophomore, North Tonowanda, N.Y.

Pirinelli won both the weight throw and shot put events at the Saint Holiday Relays, meeting the NCAA provisional qualifying standards with a 13.30 meter throw in the shot put.  Her weight throw distance was 13.17 meters.
