Swimmer of the Week
Meghan Thiel - American
University
Senior, Freestyle,
Arlington, Va.
Thiel won three events in a non-scoring meet against Georgetown and James Madison. The senior claimed the 200-yard freestyle (1:53.92), the 500-yard freestyle (5:01.50), and the 1,000-yard freestyle (10:11.87).
Diver of the Week
Lindsey Adao - U.S. Military Academy
Sophomore, Diver, New
City, N.Y.
Adao won the four diving events she entered over the weekend against Bucknell and Lehigh. The sophomore broke an Army record on the one-meter (298.57) and a personal best on the three-meter (305.40) against Lehigh.

Swimmer of the Week
Kristen Frost - Southern
Connecticut State
University
Sophomore, Freestyle/Backstroke,
Madison, Conn.
Frost won three individual events and a team event, while setting an NCAA Division II record in the 1000-yard freestyle (9:53.75) against Marist. The sophomore recorded other winning times in the 200-yard freestyle (1:55.60), 200-yard backstroke (2:06.80) and was part of the victorious 400-yard freestyle relay squad (3:43.99).

Emily Travers - Bentley

Brentwood, N.H.
Travers placed first in the three-meter event with a score of 185.63 against Saint Rose.
Division III
Swimmer of the Week
Michelle Coombs - SUNY New Paltz
Senior, Backstroke/Freestyle, Newburgh, N.Y.
Coombs captured four individual events and participated in a relay victory during the week. The senior won the 50 free (24.42) and the 100 back (59.45) in a win over Stevens Tech. Later in the week, Coombs claimed the 50 free (24.78), the 100 free (53.57), and was part of the winning 400 medley relay (4:05.25).
Diver of the Week
Krystal Kovach - Penn State Behrend
Freshman, Diver,
Pittsburgh, Pa.
Kovach had strong performances over the weekend, sweeping four diving events in two meets. The freshman qualified for the ECAC Championship in both the one-meter (228.75) and the three-meter (176.45) against Chatham. Kovach then qualified for the NCAA Championship against Penn St. Altoona and Frostburg State on Saturday.
