Brigitte Kivisto-Yale University

Vault: 9.675

Bars: 9.625

Beam: 9.835

Floor: 9.850

All-Around: 38.975

Kivisto set two career highs in balance beam with a 9.825, as well as the all-around with a 38.975. She has set and broken her career highs week after week.

 

Rookie of the Week:

Megan Milavec-University of Pennsylvania
Freshman, Venitia, Pa.

All-Around: ---

Milavec scored her career high on all three events this past weekend.  Since the team has been riddled with major injuries for the season she has stepped up into the line up where all her score have counted towards the team score.  She is a very hard working gymnast in the gym and she always challenges herself to improve.  Even thought Penn placed third, her effort helped the Red and Blue break a major losing streak to George Washington.

A week after setting her personal best score on bars and winning the Ivy Classic, Neczypor set another personal best this weekend as she topped all ECAC competitors on bars with a 9.825.  Her score on bars led the Big Red to a season high team bars score of 48.45 which is the highest in the ECAC for the year. Her scores on both bars and beam helped Cornell to earn a season high team score of 192.65

Graham scored her season high on vault and beam.  She has been stepping up into the lineup when needed due to major injuries on the team.  Graham works hard in the gym and has prepared herself to the best of her abilities and patiently waits to see if she has made the lineup.  Even though Penn placed third, her effort helped the Red and Blue break a major losing streak to George Washington.
