Player of the Week
Elena Delle Donne – University of Delaware
Sophomore, Forward, Ursuline,
Del.
In a week that saw the Blue Hens pick up two conference road wins, Delle Donne averaged 27 points, 10.5 rebounds and five blocks per game. The sophomore forward had 33 points and converted on 17-of-19 free throws in a 70-66 overtime victory over William & Mary.

Player of the Week
Elinor Avny – University of Bridgeport
Senior, Guard, Ra’anana, Israel
Avny helped the Purple Knights to a 2-0 week by averaging 23
points and three rebounds per game. She opened the week with a
16-point performance in a win over Mercy and then followed that up
with a career-high 30 points in a 68-60 win over Molloy. In that
game, Avny scored her team’s final 10 points, including
back-to-back 3-pointers to break a 58-58 tie.

Co-Player of the Week
Jen Wehner – Massachusetts College of Liberal
Arts
Junior, Forward, Cooperstown, N.Y.
Wehner averaged a double-double with 25 points and 18.3 rebounds in a 2-1 week for the Trailblazers. She posted career highs of 32 points and 25 boards in a 72-60 victory at Salem State, then had a 21-point, 13-rebound effort in a 72-63 win at Framingham State. The junior connected on 26-of-43 field goals in a week that she also amassed her 1,000th career point.
Co-Player of the Week
Rachel Williams – New England College
Junior, Forward, Chapel Hill, N.C.
Williams collected at least 25 points and eight rebounds in consecutive road victories against The Commonwealth Coast Conference opponents, as she averaged 30.5 points, 9.5 rebounds, four steals and three assists. She opened the week netting 36 points and collecting 11 rebounds in a 91-70 triumph over Eastern Nazarene, making 67% (14-of-21) of her shots from the field. Williams closed out the week posting 25 points and eight boards in a hard-fought 78-75 victory over Anna Maria.

Player of the Week
Jessica Berry – Utica College
Senior, Forward, Rome, N.Y.
Berry averaged 23 points, 12 rebounds and 3.6 steals in a 2-1 week for the Pioneers who secured their seventh consecutive Empire 8 tournament berth. Berry scored 29 points on her way to becoming the 11th player in NCAA Division III women’s basketball history to score 2,000 points and grab 1,000 rebounds in a career. She added a game-high 13 boards in the Utica loss to St. John Fisher on Saturday.

Player of the Week
Kayla Koch – Farmingdale State College
Junior, Guard, Kings Park, N.Y.
Koch averaged 21 points, eight rebounds and five steals per game while shooting 62% from the field in a 2-0 week for the Rams. The junior guard put up 19 points on 7-of-11 shooting, leading the Rams to a 75-53 victory over Old Westbury. Two nights later, she scored 23 points and pulled down nine rebounds in an 82-55 victory against Purchase.

Player of the Week
Vanessa Whitfield – Wilson College
Freshman, Forward, Chambersburg, Pa.
Wilson College had a 2-0 week in North Eastern Athletic Conference play thanks in large part to a monster week from Whitfield. The freshman forward averaged 25 points, 20 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game for the Phoenix.
