Laden earned gold in the 100 breaststroke (59.74) and three relays (200 free, 400 medley, 200 medley) at the NEISDA Championships, and picked up silver medals in both the 50 breast (27.65) and 200 breast (2:14.03).

Brandon Birchak – College of Saint Rose
Junior, Latham, NY

Birchak was named Diver of the Meet at the Metropolitan Conference Championships after capturing the three-meter event with 621.10 points. He defeated the next closest competitor in the event by 105 points. Also took second on the one-meter board, finishing with 494.70 points.
