Player of the Week
Damian Farley-Springfield College
Senior, Forward, Natick, Mass.
Farley averaged 15.7 points and 8.3 rebounds as the Pride went 3-0 last week including winning the Holiday Inn/Naismith Classic and picking up a key NEWMAC road victory. Farley connected on 4-of-5 shots from the field while scoring 11 points and grabbing nine rebounds in an opening round win against Colby. In the championship victory versus Kean, he tallied team-bests of 19 points and 13 rebounds en route to being named MVP of the Classic. Farley concluded his successful week be scoring a team high 17 points in a key 57-56 NEWMAC-opening road win at MIT on Saturday

Player of the Week
Sherod Harris - State University of New
Yrok at Bropckport
Junior, Guard, Rochester, N.Y.
Harris averaged 19.5 points and 6.5 assists in wins over previously unbeaten St. Lawrence (102-72) and once-beaten Hamilton (94-75). Harris shot 13 for 25 from the field (52 percent), including 7 of 15 from three-point range. In addition, he had eight rebounds and five steals in the two games as the Golden Eagles improved to 8-1.

Player of the Week
Ryan Phillip- New York City College of
Technology
Sophomore, Forward, Brooklyn, N.Y.
Phillip, playing in his first two games of the season, averaged 21.5 points, 14.0 rebounds, and shot 49 percent from the floor (17-for-35) in leading City Tech to a pair of CUNYAC victories. The forward turned in the first 20 point-20 rebound performance in the league this season in the Yellow Jackets 76-62 victory against Medgar Evers. The sophomore also scored 23 points and added eight rebounds in his City Tech debut against Brooklyn earlier in the week, a 93-88 win.

Player of the Week
Ryan Einwag- Carnegie Mellon
University
Sophomore, Forward, Pittsburgh, Pa.
Einwag led the Carnegie Mellon University men's basketball team to a 3-0 record last week including back-to-back victories over nationally ranked opponents. The Tartans opened the week with a 91-65 win at Oberlin College where Einwag shot 86% from the field and recorded 16 points and four assists in 23 minutes of action. He followed that performance by helping the Tartans to a 68-64 victory over #20 New York University and a 75-68 victory over #23 Brandeis University. Against NYU he tallied 14 points and had a game-high 18 in the win over Brandeis. Einwag has scored in double figures in 11 of the Tartans 12 contests this season including four games of scoring 20 or more.
