Player of the Week
David Seagers - Dowling College
Sophomore, Guard, Bronx, N.Y.
Seagers averaged 24.5 points and 8.0 rebounds per game in a 2-0 week. In a 78-58 win over New Haven, he recorded a double-double with 32 points and 10 rebounds, while adding three assists and three steals.
Division III - New England
Player of the Week
Jon Pierce - Tufts University
Junior, Forward, Belmont, Mass.
Pierce recoreded a pair of double-doubles during the week, against UMass Boston and Wheaton. In the UMass Boston game he scored 34 points to go with 13 rebounds, and versus Wheaton he sent in 27 points while grabbing 10 boards.

Player of the Week
Lawrence Avitabile - Vassar College
Senior, Forward, Southington, Conn.
Avitabile posted a double-double in his only game of the week - an 86-81 victory over MCLA. He scored 24 points on 67 percent shooting (8-for-12) and pulled down 12 rebounds.
Division III - Metro
Player of the Week
Erastus Shannon - Farmingdale State College
Junior, Forward, Amityville, N.Y.
Shannon put up averages of 23.3 points and 8.7 rebounds during the 3-0 week. He scored 33 points against Maritime College and recorded a double-double against Bard. For the week, Shannon also shot 71 percent from the field.

Player of the Week
Brody Jackson - Bethany College
Senior, Guard, Akron, Ohio
Jackson scored 26.0 points per game during the week, in a win over Grove City (73-53) and a loss to Saint Vincent (76-72). He also averaged 4.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game.
