ECAC Announces 2011 Holiday Festival Basketball Tournament

Cape Cod, Mass. - The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) and Commissioner Rudy Keeling have announced that the conference will be hosting its third annual Holiday Festival basketball tournament for men's and women's programs January 1-5, 2011 at the Kissimmee Civic Center in Kissimmee, Florida.

Participating teams will enjoy a four night stay at the luxurious Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, and will have the option to purchase discounted tickets to various Orlando attractions such as the Walt Disney World® theme parks, Universal Studios Orlando®, and Sea World Adventure Park®. Teams are also guaranteed two contests against highly competitive teams, as well as up to three practice slots at the Kissimmee Civic Center.

The total team package also includes rental van transportation in Orlando, and round trip air transportation to and from Orlando International Airport.

Friends and families associated with the participating teams will also have the opportunity to purchase a spectator package coordinated by the ECAC that includes four room nights at the Omni resort, round trip air transportation, and a ECAC Holiday Festival tournament all-access
credential.
