Oliveri had a stellar performance for Temple after earning her way back into the all-around. She tied her season high on vault with a 9.525 and earned four career-highs (bars, beam, floor and the all-around), helping the Owls win the meet and beat Towson for the first time in program history.  She won the all-around with a 38.75.

Morant was solid on all four events for the Bears again this week in competition. She earned a personal best 38.700 in the all-around, posting the top score for Brown in the all-around, on beam and on floor. She finished seconnd place in the all-around at UNH by only .075, helping the Bears to a 191.6. Her all-around was the top score of all ECAC freshmen this week. 

 

Specialist of the Week

Name: Rebecca Freedman
Institution: Brown University
Class: Senior
Hometown: Plainview, N.Y.

Vault: 9.750

Freedman earned the second-highest score of her career, posting a 9.75 on the vault. Her performance led the Bears to a 191.6, defeating Centenary and finishing second to UNH on Sunday.

Alban had a great meet for Temple, helping the Owls earn the number one spot as a team. Alban is a fifth-year senior and due to her collegiate experience and consistency, the Temple coaching staff decided to place her in the lead off position. In doing so, Alban earned two season-highs for herself on uneven bars and on floor exercise.
