CAPE COD, Mass. -- After finishing the regular-season with a 15-2 record, Stevens Institute of Technology was selected as the number one seed in the 2009 ECAC Division III South Women's Lacrosse Championship. The tournament is a four-team field with two semi-final games, and a championship final.

In the semi-final games on Saturday, May 9 No. 1 seeded Stevens will host No. 4 College of Mount Saint Vincent (9-6) at 1:00 p.m. while in the other semi-final No. 2 FDU Florham (13-5) will face off against No. 3 seed Gwynedd-Mercy (12-5).

The semifinal winners will meet Sunday, May 10 at 3 p.m. for the championship to be held at Stevens.
