Brandeis wins 2008 ECAC Division III New England Softball Championship


CAPE COD, Mass. -- After finishing the regular-season with a 34-9-1 record, Brandeis University was selected as the number one seed in the 2008 ECAC Division III New England Softball Championship. The tournament is a eight-team field with a quarterfinal round followed by a double-elimination format for the remaining four teams.
