Division III New England

Offensive Player of the Week

David Deschenes – Becker College
Junior, Attack, Gales Ferry, Conn.

Deschenes helped lead the Hawks to a 3-0 week with wins over Curry, Manhattanville and Johnson State. Deschenes set a school record with 13 points (seven Goal, six Assists) against Johnson State on Sunday afternoon. Deschenes finished the week with 15 goals and 11 assists. Against Manhattanville, Deschenes scored 5 goals and an assist.

Co-Defensive Players of the Week

Brandon Lee – Plymouth State University
Freshman, Defense, Canton, Mich.

Lee controlled the face-off X in a 13-12 victory at Lasell College on March 11, winning 21 of his 27 restarts. He scooped up 13 ground balls to help the Panthers earn their first win of the season.

Clark Plummer – Rivier University
Sophomore, Goalkeeper, Londonderry, N.H.

Plummer collected 37 saves in 1-1 week for Rivier University Raiders. Plummer holds the highest save percentage in the GNAC (71.2%) and he continues to maintain a stingy single digit goals against average at 7.50. The sophomore made 18 saves in a 12-7 road victory against Regis College Tuesday evening. Plummer also had 19 stops in the Raiders first GNAC Contest vs. Saint Joseph’s College, holding the Monk’s to only eight goals on Saturday.

Offensive Player of the Week

Andrew Reynolds – Misericordia University
Sophomore, Midfielder, Pine Brook, NJ

Reynolds led the team in scoring with 10 points (seven goals, three asssists) along with 28 groundballs and winning 38 of 42 face offs (90.5%) in a 2-0 week.  He had a goal and two assists and won 19 of 21 face-offs. He also collected 14 groundballs in a come-from-behind win versus Neumann.  Reynolds added six goals and an assist along with 14 ground balls and another 19 of 21 showing in face-offs in a win at Immaculata.

Defensive Player of the Week

Stefan Basile – Union College
Junior, Goalkeeper, Fayetteville, NY

Basile made 14 saves and held ninth-ranked Springfield to just four goals in Union's 10-4 victory. He also made nine stops in Union's 7-5 win over No. 10 Wesleyan. Basile posted three shutout periods on the week, finishing with a 4.59 goals against average and .718 save percentage over two games.
