VAN CORTLANDT PARK, N.Y. - Villanova University placed three runners in the top five to capture the Championship Race title in the 2007 ECAC Division I Women's Cross Country Championships held at Van Cortlandt Park in New York. University of New Hampshire completed the University Race sweep, as the both the men's and women's squad took home the top prize.

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. - The Williams Lady Ephs took home the 2007 ECAC Division III Women's Cross Country Championship, scoring 47 points to top Amherst College which had a total of 63. Middlebury finished in third place with 104 points, and the College of New Jersey (155) followed by Colby College (172) rounded out the top five schools. Thirty-one squads participated in the event, held at Mt. Greylock High School.

The ECAC Championships race followed two IC4A races, as Cornell won the team title with a score of 76 points, with Maryland in second (95), and La Salle in third (109).
