Player of the Week
Ariana Mankus – U.S. Military Academy
Junior, Outside Hitter, Lisle, Ill.
In a 2-0 week for the Black Knights, Mankus averaged 5.33 kills and 2.50 digs per set, hitting a .384 clip to help her squad clinch their 13th consecutive Patriot League playoff bid. In consecutive sweeps over Manhattan and Holy Cross, the Junior recorded 16 kills each match, adding nine digs against Manhattan for a near double-double.

Player of the Week
Biljana Savic – University of Bridgeport
Freshman, Outside Hitter, Novi Sad, Serbia
Savic continued her outstanding breakout season for Bridgeport,
averaging five kills and 2.5 digs per set in a 4-0 week for the
Purple Knights. With a 70-kill performance last week, the
freshman continues to lead her team with a season average of 4.14
kills per set.
Division III – New England Region
Player of the Week
Lauren Antion – Amherst College
Freshman, Outside Hitter, Los Angeles, Calif.
Antion averaged 4.36 kills and 1.18 blocks per set, hitting a .438 clip and helping the Jeffs to a 3-0 week. The freshman recorded 18 kills, seven digs and eight blocks in a come-from-behind 3-2 victory over Williams.
Division III – Metro/Upstate Region
Player of the Week
Sarah Zureck – Fredonia State University
Senior, Libero, Lancaster, N.Y.
Zureck passed the 2,000-career dig milestone and set a school record for aces during a 5-0 week for the Blue Devils. The senior now has 2,000 career digs after notching 15 during the first two sets against the University of Rochester on Friday. Zureck surpassed the previous all-time mark of 232 service aces with her three in a 3-0 win over St. Lawrence Saturday. She currently stands at 235 career aces.
Division III – South Region
Player of the Week
Jelena Markovic – Centenary College
Junior, Setter, Brcko, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Markovic averaged 2.13 kills and 3.93 digs per set in a 3-1 week for the Cyclones. The junior finished Saturday’s win over Montclair State with 16 kills, 16 assists and 25 digs, helping Centenary clinch a spot in the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) playoffs.
