CAPE COD, Mass -- After finishing the regular-season with a 12-4-2 record, Stevens Institute of Technology was selected as the number one seed in the 2007 ECAC Division III Women's Metro Soccer Championship presented by PlayersGoal. The tournament is an eight-team field with a play-down format.

In the first-round on Wednesday, November 7, 2007 Stevens Institute of Technology (12-4-2) will play Bard College (13-4-1) at 6 pm. at Stevens while Centenary College (12-5-2) will face College of Staten Island (12-8) at TBA at Centenary.  Rutgers - Camden (10-7-4) plays St. Joseph's (12-5-2) at 4:00 pm at Rutgers-Camden and NYU (10-6-2) will face Ramapo College of New Jersey (11-8-1) at 2:30 pm Ramapo.

The first-round winners will advance to the semifinals on Saturday, November 10th at the highest remaining seed.  The winner of Stevens Institute of Technology-Bard College will face the winner of NYU-Ramapo College of New Jersey while the winner of Centenary College-College of Staten Island will play the winner of Rutgers-Camden-St. Joseph's College in the other semifinal (times tba).  The semifinal winners will meet Sunday, November 11th for the championship at the highest remaining seed.

No. 5 Ramapo (10-6-2) vs. No. 4 NYU (10-6-2) at Ramapo, 2:30 p.m.

Semifinals - Saturday, November 10th
No. 1 Stevens Institute of Technology-No. 8 Bard College winner vs. No. 4 NYU-No. 5 Ramapo winner, TBA.
No. 2 Centenary College-No. 7 College of Staten Island winner vs. No. 3 Rutgers-Camden-No. 6 St. Joseph's College, TBA.
