Offensive Player of the Week presented by PlayersGoal
Casey Ftorek - Middlebury College
Junior, Forward, Wolfeboro, N.H.
Ftorek had a hand in all five goals during the three-game week, with four goals and one assist. He scored the game-winning goals against Trinity and Connecticut College.
Defensive Player of the Week presented by PlayersGoal
Jay Barney - Eastern Connecticut State University
Senior, Goalkeeper, Mansfield, Conn.
Barney registered a pair of shutouts during the week, defeating Fitchburg (2-0) and UMass Dartmouth (1-0). He made a total of 15 saves.
Division III - Upstate
Offensive Player of the Week presented by PlayersGoal
Gary Sroka - Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
Senior, Forward, Liverpool, N.Y.
Sroka scored three goals in a 4-2, come-from-behind win over MCLA, and scored a goal in a 2-1 loss to Oneonta.
Co-Defensive Players of the Week presented by PlayersGoal
Rob Kramer - Union College
Junior, Goalkeeper, Westport, Conn.
Kramer made a pair of saves in a win against Utica, and stopped five shots in a 0-0 tie with Oswego.
John San Filippo - State University of New York at
Plattsburgh
Junior, Goalkeeper, Levittown, N.Y.
San Filippo had two shutouts for a win and a tie during the week. He made six saves in a scoreless tie against No. 23 St. Lawrence, and three saves in a 3-0 win over Clarkson.
Division III - Metro
Offensive Player of the Week presented by PlayersGoal
Ken Hussey - Ramapo College
Junior, Forward, Parsippany, N.J.
Hussey scored the game-winning goal against Rutgers-Camden in a 2-0 win.
Defensive Player of the Week presented by PlayersGoal
Kevin Nuss - Rowan University
Senior, Goalkeeper, Swedesboro, N.J.
Nuss made five stops in a 2-1 win over TCNJ in the regular season finale, and then made three saves as Rowan defeated TCNJ again in the NJAC tournament, 1-0.
Division III - South
Offensive Player of the Week presented by PlayersGoal
Jake Kern - Grove City College
Freshman, Forward, Fairfield, Pa.
Kern had a total of nine points in two games for the Wolverines. He scored the game-winning goal in a 2-0 win over Geneva, then contributed on all four goals in a shutout of Thiel.
Defensive Player of the Week presented by PlayersGoal
Tyler Hodgins - Washington & Jefferson College
Junior, Goalkeeper, Jacksonville, Md.
Hodgins recorded eight saves in shutouts of Waynesburg (3-0) and Division II Wheeling Jesuit (1-0).
