	CAPE COD, Mass. - The University of Connecticut’s senior forward Loren Sherer is the 2009 ECAC Division I Field Hockey Offensive Player of the Year. Sherer had 80 points on the season with 31 goals, including eight game winners, and 18 assists. UConn finished the season with a 19-3 record.

	CAPE COD, Mass. - Adelphi sophomore forward Julianne Gerbino is the 2009 ECAC Division II Field Hockey Offensive Player of the Year. Gerbino had 35 points on the season with 16 goals, including six game winners, and three assists.

	CAPE COD, Mass. - Ursinus’ sophomore forward Alyssa Thren is the 2009 ECAC Division III Mid-Atlantic Offensive Player of the Year. Thren had 74 points on the season with 34 goals, including five game winners, and six assists.

	CAPE COD, Mass. - Tufts' junior forward Tamara Brown is the 2009 ECAC Division III New England Offensive Player of the Year. Brown had 55 points on the season, with 21 goals, including six game winners, and 13 assists. She helped lead the Jumbos to an 18-2 season.

	Senior forward Taryn Flagg (Livermore Falls, Maine) scored with 2:13 elapsed in overtime to give the University of New England the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III New England Championship with a dramatic 3-2 victory over Plymouth State University in field hockey action under the lights Monday night.

	The Montclair State field hockey team capped off an impressive end of the year run as the second-seeded Red Hawks scored three times in final 13 minutes for a 3-0 victory over No. 8 seed Hartwick in the title game of the 2009 Eastern College Athletic Conference Division III Mid-Atlantic Field Hockey Championship at Sprague Field on Sunday afternoon.
Dec 8, 2008	ECAC Announces Division I Field Hockey All-Stars
	CAPE COD, Mass. - University of Maryland senior defender Susie Rowe has been chosen as the 2008 ECAC Division I Field Hockey Player of the Year. Rowe received the ACC Defensive Player of the Year honor, as she scored 28 goals and recorded 74 points on the season. Maryland captured its sixth national title, and finished with an overall record of 22-2.
Dec 8, 2008	ECAC Announces Division II Field Hockey All-Stars
	CAPE COD, Mass. - UMass-Lowell senior forward Michell Harrington has been chosen as the 2008 ECAC Division II Field Hockey Player of the Year. Harrington was named Northeast-10 Conference Most Valuable Player, after a season where she recorded 18 assists and a total of 22 points. She helped lead the River Hawks to their second straight NCAA National Championship appearance.
