Dec 8, 2008	ECAC Announces Division I Field Hockey All-Stars
	CAPE COD, Mass. - University of Maryland senior defender Susie Rowe has been chosen as the 2008 ECAC Division I Field Hockey Player of the Year. Rowe received the ACC Defensive Player of the Year honor, as she scored 28 goals and recorded 74 points on the season. Maryland captured its sixth national title, and finished with an overall record of 22-2.
Dec 8, 2008	ECAC Announces Division II Field Hockey All-Stars
	CAPE COD, Mass. - UMass-Lowell senior forward Michell Harrington has been chosen as the 2008 ECAC Division II Field Hockey Player of the Year. Harrington was named Northeast-10 Conference Most Valuable Player, after a season where she recorded 18 assists and a total of 22 points. She helped lead the River Hawks to their second straight NCAA National Championship appearance.
Dec 8, 2008	ECAC Announces Division III Field Hockey All-Stars
	CAPE COD, Mass. - Senior forward Lindsey McNamara of Bowdoin College has been chosen as the 2008 ECAC Division III Field Hockey Player of the Year for the second straight season. McNamara ranked second in the nation with 32 goals and fourth in the nation with 3.26 points per game. Recognized as the NESCAC Player of the Year, she led Bowdoin to a 19-2 record, and its second straight national championship.
Nov 10, 2008	Kean University Wins 2008 ECAC Division III Mid-Atlantic Field Hockey Championship
	UNION, N.J. (11/16/08) - Junior Brittany Gibbs (West Deptford, N.J.) scored the game-winner midway through overtime to lift the Kean University field hockey team to a 3-2 overtime victory over Catholic University to win the Eastern College Athletic Conference Division III Mid-Atlantic Championship on Sunday evening.
Nov 10, 2008	Endicott Tops Plymouth State to Claim 2008 ECAC Division III New England Field Hockey Championship
	BEVERLY, Mass. - The Endicott College Gulls defeated Plymouth State University 1-0 on Tuesday to win the 2008 ECAC Field Hockey Championship. The Commonwealth Coast Conference Rookie of the Year Anna Giannoni (Granby, Conn.) scored in the 36th minute to break the 0-0 tie off of a pass from fellow freshman Alexandra Parese (Wilton, Conn.).

	MONTCLAIR, NJ - Freshman Deana Hagel (Fairfield, NJ / West Essex) and sophomore Megan Walsh (Lumberton, NJ / Rancocas Valley) each scored goals as No. 4 seed Montclair State edged No. 7 seed FDU-Florham, 2-1 to capture the ECAC Division III Mid-Atlantic Field Hockey Championship at Sprague Field on Sunday afternoon.

	BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- Senior goalkeeper Nicole Downs (Hanover, MA) registered four saves, and fellow senior Katie Balboni (Townsend, MA) notched the game-winning goal, sparking second seeded Bridgewater State College to a 1-0 victory over fifth seeded St. Joseph's in the championship game of the 2007 ECAC Division III New England Field Hockey Tournament.

	GETTYSBURG, Pa. - Meg Goddu (Chadds Ford, PA/Unionville) scored twice, including the game-winner in double overtime, to lift 16th-ranked Gettysburg over Kean 2-1 in the finals of the ECAC Division III Mid-Atlantic Field Hockey Championship on Sunday.

	Wellesley, Mass. - Wellesley Field Hockey defeated Mount Holyoke in the ECAC Championships 1-0. Scoring in the final minute of play became a trademark for the Blue throughout the ECAC Tournament. In the semifinal round Wellesley trailed Simmons College until fresh-year Becca Lecrec (Middletown, MD) forced the game into overtime, in the final minute of play, scoring on a corner.
