Offensive Player of the Week
Rodney Landers - James Madison University
Senior, Quarterback, Virginia Beach, Va.
Landers accounted for 317 total yards in the Dukes' 23-16
come-from-behind victory over No. 7 Villanova. Landers rushed
for 133 yards on 25 carries, while also connecting on 8-of-12 pass
attempts for 184 yards and a career-high three touchdowns.
The senior's final touchdown pass of 35 yards, on the last play of
the game proved to be the gamewinner.
Defensive Player of the Week
Ryan Hinds - University of New Hampshire
Junior, Defensive Back, Toronto, Ontario
Hinds intercepted a pass and returned it 74 yards for a
touchdown to start the scoring for New Hampshire as they defeated
Towson, 42-14. Hinds returned another interception 35 yards
to set up a Wildcat scoring drive. His 109 yards of
interception returns is the second highest total in the CAA this
season. The senior also recorded six tackles in the win.

Offensive Player of the Week
Chris Roberts - Southern Connecticut State University
Senior, Quarterback, New Britain, Conn.
Roberts led the Owls to a 40-17 victory over Pace, passing for 242
yards on 15-of-30 attempts. The senior also connected for a
career-high four touchdown passes in the win.
Defensive Player of the Week
Theo Hall - Mercyhurst College
Senior, Defensive Back, Cincinnati, Ohio
Hall helped Mercyhurst upset No. 15 Edinboro by returning
an interception 46 yards to set up a Laker touchdown. Hall
also blocked the potential game-tying field goal attempt to end the
game. Hall set up another score for Mercyhurst, returning a
kick-off 49 yards in the second half.

Offensive Player of the Week
DeRon Brown - Massachusetts Institute of
Technology
Junior, Running Back, Galax, Va.
Brown rushed for 248 yards and four touchdowns to lead MIT
over Salve Regina, 34-19. The nation's leading rusher notched
touchdown scores of one, 68, 81, and nine yards.
Defensive Player of the Week
Kyle McAllister - Bates College
Junior, Free Safety, Exeter, N.H.
McAllister recorded seven tackles, an interception, two
forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries in Bates' 31-21 victory
against Colby College. McAllister returned one of his forced
fumbles 41 yards for a touchdown.
Division III - Northwest
Co-Offensive Players of the Week
Jason Boltus - Hartwick College
Senior, Quarterback, Baldwinsville, N.Y.
Boltus tied an NCAA season-high with 508 passing yards in
Hartwick's 58-27 triumph over Mount Ida. Boltus threw for six
touchdowns and ran for another in the win. The senior now
ranks fifth all-time in the NCAA for touchdown passes (114), total
yards (12,493), and sixth in passing yards (11,665).
Jack Phelan - Hartwick College
Senior, Wide Receiver, Slingerlands, N.Y.
Phelan set this season's NCAA record for receiving yards
with 311 against Mount Ida. Phelan also set a career-high
with 14 receptions and caught four touchdowns. The senior
currently has three of the top five single-game receiving totals in
Division III this season.
Defensive Player of the Week
Andrew Sides - Worcester Polytechnic Institute
Senior, Defensive Back, Acton, Mass.
Sides registered 10 tackles to help WPI to a 21-14 victory
over Rochester. The defensive back also recorded a sack for a
loss of five yards, a tackle for loss, and two pass
break-ups. The WPI defense only allowed 227 total yards of
offense and limited Rochester to just 2-for-12 on third down
conversions.

Southeast
Offensive Player of the Week
Jared Chunn - Kean University
Junior, Running Back, Tinton Falls, N.J.
Chunn rushed 37 times for a career-high 238 yards and two
touchdowns in a road victory against Morrisville State,
38-28. Chunn's 54-yard touchdown run set a Kean single-season
touchdown record, and gave the junior 1,000 yards for the season.
Co-Defensive Players of the Week
Matt Pacana - Buffalo State College
Senior, Linebacker, North Tonawanda, N.Y.
Pacana notched a career-high 16 tackles in a loss to
Rowan. Pacana also recorded 2.5 tackles for loss and a sack
as part of the Bengal defense that held Rowan to 58 yards
passing.
Shane Szumski - Widener University
Sophomore, Outside Linebacker, Moorestown,
N.J.
Szumski had a team-season-high 15 tackles in Widener's 27-7 win
over FDU-Florham. Szumski also had two of the team's six
sacks and forced a fumble.
Division III - Southwest
Offensive Player of the Week
Curt Jones - Washington & Jefferson College
Senior, Running Back, Falconer, N.Y.
Jones rushed for a career-high 188 yards and three
touchdowns to lead the No.8 Presidents over Westminster,
34-7. Jones also caught five passes for 84 yards, totaling
272 all-purpose yards.
Co-Defensive Players of the Week
Carl Robinson - Moravian College
Senior, Defensive Back, Boothwyn, Pa.
Robinson had two interceptions in Moravian's win over
Juniata. The senior also added four tackles, while forcing
and recovering a fumble that led to a game-tying touchdown.
Nelson Mitzen - Bethany College
Junior, Free Safety, Waynesburg, Pa.
Mitzen recorded nine tackles, two fumble recoveries, and
an interception to lead Bethany over Waynesburg, 31-24.
Mitzen's interception came on the last play of the game, and both
fumble recoveries stopped the Yellow Jackets in Bethany's
territory.
