Offensive Players of the Week

Mike McLeod - Yale University
Junior, Running Back, New Britain, Conn.

McLeod takes home his second consecutive Player of the Week honor for his 256 yard, five touchdown performance against Holy Cross. The junior now has 35 career touchdowns, which broke the Yale career touchdown record. McLeod currently leads the nation in scoring, averaging 24 points per game.

Defensive Player of the Week

Tim Diamond - Lehigh University
Junior, Linebacker,
Ringwood, N.J.

Diamond had a career day recording 22 tackles, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery in Lehigh's victory over Harvard.  Diamond's forced fumble was returned for a touchdown, breaking a 13-13 tie with 30 seconds left in the contest. The junior's statistical output included 11 solo stops and a sack.

Honorable Mention

Piotr Czech - Wagner College
Senior, K/P,
Keyport, N.J.

Czech connected on field goal attempts of 46, 31, and 47 yards in a record-breaking day for the senior. Czech's 47-yard field goal was the difference in Wagner's win over Sacred Heart. The game-winning kick made Czech the Wagner all-time leader with 36 career field goals.
