DANBURY, Conn. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has announced the Academic and President’s Honor Roll Lists for Spring 2018.
A total of 8,026 student-athletes are recognized for their academic achievements for the Spring 2018 semester. 3,378 student-athletes were named to the Academic Honor Roll, achieving a GPA of 3.2-3.59 and 4,267 student-athletes were named to the President’s Honor Roll, boasting a 3.6 GPA or better for the term.
"Recognizing our student-athletes is at the core of our mission at the ECAC," said ECAC President and CEO Dan Coonan. "This program is a great way for us to celebrate the academic efforts of ECAC student-athletes, and we look forward to shining a spotlight on their accomplishments in the classroom."
Criteria for the spring academic honor rolls require student-athletes to be of sophomore status or higher that compete in the sports of baseball, softball, basketball, lacrosse, swimming & diving and track & field.
