Plattsburgh's DiJulio and RIT's Stack Share Player of the Week Award

School
DiJulio led the team with four goals and tied for the lead with six
points in a week that saw the Cardinals go 3-0 overall, 2-0 in ECAC
West play. She assumed the role as Plattsburgh's top goal-scorer
with 15 and is second with 21 points.
Co-Player of the Week
Katie Stack-RIT
Junior, Forward, Batavia, N.Y./Rochester Edge
Stack scored four goals in a weekend sweep of Utica. On Saturday,
Stack recorded her fourth hat-trick of the season, scoring RIT's
third, fourth and fifth goals in a 5-3 win over Utica. She
tallied the go-ahead and game-winning goal with 11:22 left in
regulation. On Sunday, Stack scored a power-play goal to lift
RIT to a 4-0 win. Stack now is tied for national lead with 22
goals. Her 10 power-play goals lead the nation. Stack
now has 15 goals in 12 ECAC West contests.
Goalie of the Week
Hilary Hitchman-Potsdam State
Senior, Goalie, Potsdam, N.Y./Oswego State
Hitchman was huge for the Bears this weekend as they picked up two
wins over Chatham. She made 28 saves and got the shutout in a 3-0
win on Saturday and had 35 saves in a 3-1 win on Sunday.
Rookie of the Week
Jordan Caldwell-Plattsburgh State
Freshman, Forward, Arvada, Colo./Colorado Selects
U-19
Caldwell registered four points, including three assists, to
improve season scoring totals of 3+9=12. She paces the Plattsburgh
first-year players with nine assists and 12 points.
Honor Roll
Samantha Maguire-Elmira
Freshman, Goalie, Findlay, Ohio/Ohio Flames (TOEHL)
Maguire was stellar in net this weekend for Elmira as she earned
two wins over ECAC West competitor Neumann University. In
game one she posted a 3-0 shutout win by making 23 saves in 60
minutes of play. In game two she made 17 saves in 60 minutes
to pick up her sixth win of the season.
Jill DeBus-Elmira
Freshman, Forward, Howell, Mich./Little Caesars
(TOEHL)
DeBus had a phenomenal weekend for the Purple and Gold as she
earned three points in two games. In game one she scored two goals
including a power play goal and an empty net goal late in the
game. In a tight game two against Neumann DeBus registered an
assist on EC's first goal of the game late in the second period to
tie the score at 1-1. She currently ranks third on the team
in points with 17.
Kathryn Sbrocchi-Oswego State
Sophomore, Defender, Mississauga, Ontario/Mississauga Chiefs Int
AA
Sbrocchi tallied the game-winning goal in the Lakers' 2-1
come-from-behind victory over Cortland on Sunday afternoon.
Sbrocchi was a difference maker on the ice for Oswego State during
the weekend, as she saw ice time every other shift.
Carley King-RIT
Freshman, Goalie, Tinley Park, Ill./Chicago Young
Americans
King stopped all 15 shots she faced for her first collegiate
shutout and fifth victory of the season, as the Tigers blanked
Utica, 4-0. King is 5-2-1 this season with a 1.70 goals
against average and .920 save percentage.
