Tiffany Hart of Elmira College Named ECAC Women's West Player of the Week Presented By Turfer Athletic

Tiffany Hart, Elmira College
Sophomore, Defense - Perth, Ontario/Perth Jr.
Wings
Hart tallied a goal and an assist in the win over Manhattanville
this Friday. She would notch a goal late in the second period
to put the Soaring Eagles up 2-0 entering the final period in
regulation. She then chimed in on the game winning goal
notching an assist.
Goalie of the Week
Jill Doherty, Utica College
Sophomore -
Wellesley,
Mass./Kents
Doherty stopped 21 shots and allowed just one goal in the Pioneers' 2-1 win over the Lakers Saturday. With 14 of her 21 saves coming in the third period (12) and overtime (two). Doherty is 7-6 overall with two shut outs this season. Both shut outs came in conference play.
Rookie of the Week
Kate Fairfield, Plattsburgh State
Forward - Toronto, Ontario/Oakville
Fairfield led the Cardinals with a six-point weekend, scoring
four times and assisting on two goals. She had two power play
goals, eight shots and a plus-4 rating. She leads Plattsburgh
rookies with 9-4-13 scoring totals, which ranks seventh in the
ECAC-West.

Stephanie Moberg, Plattsburgh State
Sophomore, Forward - Saratoga Springs, N.Y./Northwood
School
Moberg, who played on defense last season, had one of her
most-productive weekends with five points on a goal and four
assists. She also had six shots and a plus-4 rating. She
assisted on what proved to be the game-winning goal in both
games. She is second on the team in scoring with 29 points (12
goals-17 assists)--all career highs.
Hilary Hitchman, Oswego State
Sophomore, Goalie - Potsdam, N.Y./North Country Ice
Storm
Hitchman made 84 saves on 87 shots she faced in a pair of close
losses against nationally-ranked Utica College.
Allison Cubberley, Elmira College
Junior, Goalie - Bracebridge, Ontario/Clearview
Stars
In the win against Manhattanville Cubberley stopped 23 shots and
captured her 10th win of the year and her third in a
row.
Amanda Klassen, Rochester Institute of
Technology
Freshman, Forward - Winnipeg, MB/Warner
Warriors
Klassen had two goals and two assists in the weekend series
against Chatham. Klassen had two goals and an assist on Saturday,
and an assist on Sunday. She leads RIT with 14 goals and is second
with 21 points.
