Kelsey Cone of Norwich University Named ECAC Women's East Player of the Week Presented By Turfer Athletic

Freshman, Defense - Manchester,
Vt/Burr and Barton Academy
Cone scored two goals and added three assists in Norwich's 7-1 victory over St. Michael's on Saturday.
Goalie of the Week
Andrea Berlin, Saint Anselm College
Senior - Durham, N.H./Oyster River
Berlin played a part in a pair of shutouts over the weekend for the Hawks. On Friday night Berlin made 20 saves in a 2-0 victory over Bowdoin. The following day the senior net minder played 51:55 minutes in a 5-0 blanking of Williams.
Rookie of the Week
Rachel White, New England College
Forward - Arlington, Mass./Arlington
White, in Friday's win over Sacred Heart, scored a power-play goal in the third period to give the Pilgrims the 4-3 lead with just under five minutes remaining in the third period. In Saturday's game White scored two goals including the game-winner with 1:20 remaining in regulation.
Honor Roll
Danielle Nagymarosi, Manhattanville College
Junior, Forward - Uxbridge, Ontario/RIT
Nagymarosi led the team in scoring during week and had a part in
all five Valiant tallies. The junior scored Manhattanville's final
goal in each game, pushing the Valiant lead to 3-1 in an eventual
3-2 win over Williams Saturday, and scored late in Manhattanville's
3-2 loss to Bowdoin Saturday. Nagymarosi assisted on each of
Manhattanville's three other goals during the weekend.
Jessica Sams, UMass Boston
Junior, Goalie - Bellingham, Mass./Northeastern
University
Sams, in two games, played all but one minute, logging 119 minutes, while allowing just two goals and stopping 58 shots for a 1.01 goals against average and a .967 save percentage. The junior allowed just one goal and made 20 stops in the Beacons' 4-1 victory over SUNY-Cortland in the first round of the First Annual Women's Codfish Bowl tournament on January 5. Sams came back the next day and allowed just one goal to nationally-ranked Trinity College in UMass Boston's 1-0 loss in the Codfish Bowl Championship, while making 38 saves.
Shannon Coffey, Manhattanville College
Freshman, Forward - Malden, Mass./NAHA
Coffey had a hand in four of five Manhattanville goals over the weekend. The rookie notched her second straight three-point game in Friday's win over Williams, scoring the Valiants' first goal and assisting on the final two Manhattanville tallies while picking up another helper on a Valiant power play goal early in the third period Saturday.
