Cape Cod, Mass. - Commissioner of the ECAC Rudy Keeling announced today the ECAC Northeast Division III All-Conference teams for the 2007-08 season. The team is voted on by the coaches of the league each year.

Senior forward Matt McGilvary (Rochester, New Hampshire/Laconia Leafs) of Johnson and Wales and Jeff Hazelwood (Dublin, California/Saint Norbert's College) a junior forward from Curry College earned Co-Player of the Year in the ECAC Northeast. McGilvary finished the regular season with 22 goals and 13 assists for 35 points which placed him third in the league in scoring. Hazelwood was tied for tops in the league in points, scoring 16 goals and adding 22 helpers for 38 points. Pat Enloe (Stuart, Florida/Avon Old Farms) was voted Goalie of the Year, compiling a .921  save percentage and 2.83  goals against average in Northeast league play. Jason Yuel (Winnipeg, Manitoba/Winnipeg Saints, MJHL) of Curry College received Rookie of the Year honors after co-leading the ECAC Northeast in scoring with 38 points on 16 goals and 22 assists.

Steve Hoar was voted Coach of the Year after leading the Becker Hawks to a sixth seed in the playoffs in their first season as a member of the ECAC Northeast league.

Joining McGilvary, Hazelwood, and Enloe on the All-ECAC Northeast First Team is Jeff Grant (Burlington, Massachusetts/Austin Prep) a forward from UMass Dartmouth. The defensemen for the All-ECAC Northeast First Team are Mike O'Malley (Woonsocket, Rhode Island/Boston Harborwolves) from Johnson and Wales and senior Tyler Crocker (Wakefield, Massachusetts/Wakefield HS) who was solid on the blueline for the UMass Dartmouth Corsairs.
