Vaillancourt had a phenomenal weekend as he earned 7 points in two
wins over ECAC West rival Utica College. In game one he
scored two goals and earned an assist. Game two he tallied
another assist while earning his second three goal performance of
the season. This gave him a weekend total of 7 points
bringing his season total points to 30 with 15 goals and 15
assists.
Goalie of the Week
Pierre-Olivier Lemieux-Manhattanville
Freshman, Rimouski, Quebec/Neepawa Natives (MJHL)
Lemieux made 22 saves on 24 shots to earn his seventh consecutive
victory with a 3-2 (OT) win over Hobart on Saturday night. The
sophomore moved to 11-1-0 on the year and ranks fourth in Division
III in winning percentage.
Rookie of the Week
David Stevens-Hobart
Forward, Toronto, Ontario/Saint Michael's
Stevens netted his first collegiate goal in a 3-2 overtime loss to
13th-ranked Manhattanville. He scored to put Hobart in front 2-0 in
the 14th minute of the second period.

Berntsson gave the Manhattanville men's hockey team its NCAA Div.
III-record 17th consecutive road win by netting the game-winning
goal 43 seconds into overtime as the Valiants completed a
three-goal comeback to defeat Hobart by a 3-2 score on Saturday
night in Geneva.
Nick Broadwater-Hobart
Freshman, Portland, Maine/Jr. Bruins
Broadwater posted a .923 save percentage and a 2.96 goals against
average in a 3-2 overtime loss to 13th-ranked Manhattanville on
Saturday. He picked up 36 saves in the effort.
Casey Tuttle-Elmira
Senior, Goalie, Chelsea, Maine/Portland Jr. Pirates
(AJHL)
Tuttle earned two wins over the weekend as the Soaring Eagles
defeated Utica College in an ECAC West showdown. Tuttle made 49
total saves in the two wins as he played in all 60 minutes.
He now has 11 wins on the season.
