Saint Michael's Players Earn Co-Player of the Week Honors

Rigtrup tallied both power play goals against the Norwich Cadets
in Tuesday's 6-2 loss, before adding four points, a goal and three
assists, in Saturday's 8-1 win versus Franklin Pierce.
Nick Sheehan-Saint Michael's
Junior, Forward, Potsdam, N.Y./Cornwall Colts
Sheehan had an eight-point week, as he assisted both goals in
Tuesday's 6-2 loss against Norwich University before leading the
Purple Knights to an 8-1 victory over Franklin Pierce at home on
Saturday, netting two goals, including the game-winner, and
tallying two more assists.
Goalie of the Week
Kevin Fairweather-Saint Anselm
Junior, Woburn, Mass./UConn
Fairweather made 26 saves in his first start of the season to get
the win in the Hawks' 4-2 victory over New England College.
Rookie of the Week
Steve Schroeder-Norwich
Forward, Drake, Saskatchewan/Humboldt Broncos
Led all Norwich rookies with three goals over the course of the
week, Also added one assist. He scored one goal in NU's 6-2 win
over Saint Michael's College on Tuesday evening, and then added two
goals and one assist in the Cadets' 12-0 romp over Southern New
Hampshire University on Friday night.

Alex Dubois-Norwich
Freshman, Goalie, Sherbrooke, Quebec/Champlain
Cougars
Dubois stopped all 11 shots that he faced against Southern New
Hampshire University on Friday night en route to his first career
shutout in his first career start.
Nick Dupuis-Skidmore
Sophomore, Defender, Holyoke, Mass./Springfield
Falcons
Dupois scored two 4-on-4 goals in a 1:25 span of the second period
in Skidmore's 6-1 ECAC East win over Castleton. Also, helped the
Thoroughbred defense hold the Spartans to 0-5 on the power play and
one goal overall.
Josh Harris-Castleton
Freshman, Forward, Torrance, Calif./Breakers (EJHL)
With 28 seconds left against Utica this past weekend, Harris tied
the contest at 4-4 with a power-play goal helping the Spartans earn
a point over the weekend. Harris had two goals, both on the
power-play, and one assist in the tie. In the 6-1 loss to Skidmore
on Friday, Harris had an assist on Castleton's lone goal. For his
efforts over the weekend, Harris is tied for the team-lead in
points with seven.
Chad Anderson-Norwich
Junior, Forward, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia/Weyburn
Anderson scored two goals and added one assist in Norwich's 6-2
victory over St. Michael's College on Tuesday night. He also netted
one goal and picked up one assist in the Cadets' 12-0 win over
Southern New Hampshire University on Friday evening.
