Player of the Week

Rick Cleaver, Norwich University 
Senior, Forward - Parksville, B.C./Salmon Arm Silverbacks

Cleaver scored a goal and added an assist in both of Norwich's wins last weekend. The senior continues to lead the Cadets in goals (13) and points (22). 

Goalie of the Week

Ryan Donovan, UMass Boston
Sophomore - Rexford, NY/Hartford Wolfpack

Donovan, in two games, stopped 78 of 83 shots for a .940 save percentage and allowed five goals in 119:40 of action for a 2.52 goals against average. The sophomore made 42 saves in a 3-2 loss at Amherst College on January 11 and turned away 36 shots to earn the 4-2 victory over Hamilton College on January 12.

Rookie of the Week

Eric Tufman, UMass Boston
Forward - Abington, Pa./Philadelphia Little Flyers

Tufman, in two games, tallied four points on a pair of goals and two assists for four points. The winger netted two goals, including a power play score at Amherst College on January 11 and came back the next day to assist on two more goals at Hamilton College January 12.

Honor Roll

Mark Ehl, New England College
Sophomore, Forward - North Vancouver, British Columbia/Powell River Kings

Ehl tallied his ninth goal of the season in Friday night's loss to Bowdoin and on Saturday collected two goals, including the game-winner in the 3-2 victory over Colby College.

Ryan Klingensmith, Norwich University
Sophomore, Goalie - Morton, Pa./Philadelphia Flyers (MJHL)

Klingensmith backstopped Norwich to a 6-1 victory over Connecticut College on Saturday stopping 24 of 25 shots improving to 3-0-0 on the year.

Jon Rutt, University of Southern Maine
Freshman, Forward - Scarborough, Maine/Boston Bulldogs

Rutt was involved in all three USM goals over the weekend. The rookie had the lone goal (which tied the game at the time) in USM's 3-1 loss to Trinity. Rutt had a goal (which again tied the game at the time) and an assist in USM's 2-2 tie with Wesleyan. The forward now has five goals and six assists for the season.
